Mary Andress

Mary Andress, REALTOR®, is happy to return to the Rankin County area, having grown up in the Brandon, Pelahatchie, and Pearl areas. After high school, Mary moved to Vicksburg, where she was licensed as a REALTOR for over ten years. She then transitioned into nursing and has been an emergency room nurse for the last sixteen years. Mary and her husband, Tim, have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed traveling and exploring the western United States for the previous six years as Mary worked as a travel nurse; however, real estate has continued to be a passion that inspired her. She and Tim have continued to invest in real estate throughout the years. Having seen firsthand the difficulties of finding furnished short-term housing as a travel nurse, Mary and Tim have found a niche through real estate investing by buying properties that rent to travel nurses and doctors. They have properties in Mississippi, Alabama, and New Mexico. Investment property is a field of real estate that especially excites Mary.

Mary has decided to return to her love of real estate full-time and is looking forward to helping friends and family with their real estate needs. Mary and Tim have settled in Brandon, MS, and are excited to return home.
